Nature • Nourishment • Connection The ritual of slowing down. This is the kind of day your nervous system has been craving. A few hours to move slowly, touch the earth, nourish your body, drink herbal tea in the sun, create something with your hands, and reconnect with yourself and the world around you. We’ll gather in Santa Catarina Park on June 19th for grounding yoga, meditation, gentle pranayama, a nourishing granola bowl lunch, and a ceramic workshop inspired by the natural textures and beauty of Madeira. Each guest will create their own handmade ceramic plate using flowers, leaves, and natural textures pressed into the clay.
